Alabama Media Group announces 2018 internship opportunities
Alabama Media Group, an affiliate of Advance Local, has announced details for a paid summer internship program in the content and sales & marketing departments.
The program is open to full time college juniors or seniors pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Business, Communications, or related fields, or with prior work experience in these areas.
As part of a national internship program organized by Alabama Media Group’s national affiliate, Advance Local, interns will be immersed in the Birmingham-based organization for eight weeks and then come together for a national summit in the New York City area with fellow interns from across the country.
Internships will take place June 4 – July 27, 2018.
The deadline for applicants will be January 15, 2018.
